1. TPFC COMMUNITY FOOD BANK
- Every 2nd Tuesday of the month TPFC is providing food to seniors and every 2nd Wednesday to those in need
- Registration required. All applicants are being waitlisted at this time.
2. SENIOR ACTIVITY BOOKLETS
- the 2nd Thursday of the month, these are available to the public on our website and Facebook or call to request a hardcopy
- Food Bank patrons will receive these in their food boxes.

4. Homeless Outreach
DONATIONS
- We are accepting monetary donations and donations of socks, tights, sweaters, and winter ::00clothing for adult males and females. These are distributed throughout the colder months.

This program is offered to children between the ages of 6-12 and their primary caregivers to participate in hands-on activities that will enhance family unity and community involvement. The program is based on family needs and well-being and provides supports and community resources.

COMMUNITY NAVIGATOR
​
Works one on one with the homeless populations in regards to additions. This program:

Enhances their understanding of addictions

Advocates for clients when dealing with other agencies or bureaucracies

Aids in finding and receiving treatment

Assists families of clients to access services required to cope with homeless family members.

HOMELESS OUTREACH

Provides support to clients experiencing homelessness or those who are at risk of homelessness. This program:

Assists in finding housing.

Provides advocacy.

Connects clients with additions treatment options.

Connects clients with local social support services.​

COMMUNITY COALITION
​
Identifies gaps in services/programming and reduces duplication of programs by:

Identifies local community agencies/organizations offering services/programs

Coordinating agencies/organizations to work together in program/service delivery

Building partnerships between governments (municipal, and provincial), Indigenous organizations (OCN, SCTC), and stakeholders
