PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
HOMELESS OUTREACH MENTOR
Provides support to those experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness.
COMMUNITY NAVIGATOR
Advocates for those with addictions and in crisis, connects them with addictions and treatment options.

HOMELESS OUTREACH MENTOR
TPFC YOUTH COORDINATOR
Runs the TPFC Youth Club which offers programs and activities to youth ages 12-17.
TPFC PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Creates general in-house and community programming that include recreational activities such as art workshops, holiday programming, and community events, cultural workshops, employment training, social service information sessions, and language classes.
